Top 5 under rated and over rated drugs

Off the top of my head imo I'd say...

UNDER RATED

1) Amphetamine
2) Foxy
3) PCP
4) AMT
5) Nitrous (whilst tripping, on AMT best I've tried, on 2CB also quality)

OVER RATED


1) Heroin
2) Cocaine
3) Alcohol
4) Cannabis
5) Salvia
 
Cocaine and alcohol are waay over rated. Probably marijuana as well.

However MDMA deserves every bit of praise it receives. And drugs like MDA, 5-APB, 6-APB don't get nearly enough praise.
 
Dunno Foxy or AMT but otherwise, with the exception of alcohol, I'd put OPs worst as my best and best among my worst.

Different strokes for different folks and vive la difference. Whatever your drug of preference, only when the government legalises it and stops enriching crummy crims with their sacks of cut will you have the chance to obtain the pure product. You wouldn't be breaking the law and risking gaol like a burglar or rapist every time you score, either. You know it makes sense!

Why don't the powers that be free us all up to investigate our own minds as we choose? One of the most important questions of our time. Answers on a postcard please to HM, Queen Elizabeth II, The Castle, Windsor, Berks.
 
heroin is neither over rated or under rated it just there.

You know you shouldn't try it, if you do and get addicted well that's your problem. :|
 
Just wondering why you all find cannabis overrated? Amazing both medically and recreationally I would nearly say its underrated (if everyone didn't do it haha).

For me, I couldn't list 5, but overrated:
*Alcohol (Still a good drug, but no idea why this is the choice for so many)
*Cocaine (only due to purity)
*2cs
*Opiates (They aren't that good, never had smack but did eat lots and lots of oxycontin and its only good when your bashing them lots, if you like an itch fest maybe)

Underrated:
*Cannabis
*LSD (People think its out of date or else underestimate it all too often)
*Mushies (People eat 50 liberty caps and think they have tried mushrooms all too often, until walls are melting it doesn't count ;) )
*MDMA (due to the amount of fake pills out there and poor communication from anti-drug propaganda)
 
UNDERRATED: Ketamine... by far

OVERRATED: Heroin. Come on dude... you're not that whacked on one bag that you're sucking your own dick...
 
Salvia is way underrated. It became my drug of choice for about 6 months when I was at college. But I can see why people don't like it, I had a single bad trip and it's put me off forever - or util one day I'm feeling particularly boss man and rip a hit, as I still have a gram of it in my drawer.

I think Mephedrone is still underrated. When you turn up to a party and you're the guy on Mephedrone, people get on their drug high horses, despite them sniffing the shittest coke, and yourself having the best time. Jog on coke connaisseur.

Salvia is definitely underrated! The stuff is capable of full blown ego loss and I learnt that the hard way one time after I'd only smoked weed about 2 times. It still completely sticks with me as my most intense and scary drug experience. You need to smoke it properly to get its full potential and I don't think people realize that, it's a lot more than those weird body sensations and drooling. I had a bad trip and didn't use it again for months and when I did I was still careful about how much I took, I just don't really like the effects of the stuff when there is the likes of DMT.

Isn't salvia a dissociative like ketamine and methoxetamine?

My own horrendously intense salvia trip (50x, for perspective) felt similar to a k-hole, only more tortuous. I suspect salvia is massively underrated, since few really know how to use it productively. I personally never want to touch it ever again though.

Not quite, I agree with the mephedrone; but a pure MDMA roll is incredibly euphoric and can be quite visual--the latter of which, I find mephedrone lacks. The real deal is not at all underrated; 'ecstasy' is the overrated thing.

Over
-Cocaine [it's only good if you take a good ride on the train, and then you have to deal with the imminent crash...]
-alcohol [gets the job done, it's legal...that's probably all I can say]
-Adderall [People love it, but the racemic mixture is shit compared to plain d-amp]
-caffeine [the real gateway drug, unless of course you want to argue sugar]
-dxm [I see people spending alot of time in the cough syrup section, so people still do it, but it's a real diamond in the rough

Under
-LSD [mostly for it's scaremongering bad rap]
-promethazine [right nice stuff, even just by itself]
-mxe [people just don't know about it]
n20 or chloroethane; both taken during a trip give the ass-kicking visual aspect you expect from a really hard trip--for a few minutes
-crack[ HUGE stigma; smoother high than powder; less expensive and shorter lasting--which also means a shorter comedown]
 
MDMA becomes highly overated when its abused and taken for granted i find. it gets very boring.

However, keep to occasional use and it doesnt really get much better for me in the favourite category.
 
Overrated; Crack, MDMA once you've lost the magic, Amphetamine...

Underrated; Ketamine, 2c-b, mxe, sobriety?

and "coke" is overrated beyond belief, cocaine isn't....

It is very overrated in my opinion, and this thread is about opinions init, i just find mdma quite tedious, the only bit I enjoy is the comeup, on a hefty dose....if I want visuals i'll vape some DMT anyway, that can be incredibly euphoric and quite visual too ;)
 
Underrated drugs -

1) aMT
2) 2C-P
3) Amphetamine/Methiopropamine
4) LSD
5) DOC (and other psychedelic amphetamines - DOM/DOI/DOET/DOPR/DON/DOT/ALEPH series etc.

Overrated drugs

1) Cocaine
2) Cannabis
3) Alcohol
4) Benzodiazepines
5) Strong opiates like Heroin and Oxycodone

(was tempted to include Methoxetamine in the overrated list, but its actually quite nice the few times I've used it, and lack any real experience with it to say for sure). Didn't manage to get Ketamine in either, but the parameters of choosing only 5 drugs for each makes that hard. Hence the generic cheating about including a range of psychedelic amphetamines (though have only so far tasted DOC, but I like it! A lot!)
