Exotic Animal Petting Zoo's Tree of Tongues was a nice release, but seeing as this is a list of what I liked most, not what's best, it's not making the first list. It deserves a mention, though.
Down's IV was disappointing and I am only including it on this list to express it's inadequacy.

im not very good at listening to new music cuz honestly most of it just bums me out at how mediocre it is.. but of what i did hear this year my favorites were crystal castles, grimes, spaceghostpurrp, purity ring, and kendrick lamar... in that order

now that all the lists are out and whatnot theres a lot of albums ive been sleeping on i should check out. seems to be the way it goes every year
