Hi everyone,
Posting here (for the first time so sorry if I did something wrong unknowingly) anonymously (at the moment ig) as I’ve been trying to understand what (exactly) might have happened to me for over two years now. In March 2022, I took what was sold as MDMA — a pill pressed in the shape of the FC Barcelona logo. It looked like this:

Timeline:
Took half a pill on the night of March 23, 2022
First 2–3 days: felt normal, nothing seemed wrong
Around Day 5, had a severe panic attack
Soon after, a strange set of long-lasting symptoms began — and they've never fully gone away

Symptoms Since:
Constant background anxiety
Heart palpitations
Excessive thirst and frequent urination
Skin looked paler, less vascularity
Possibly muted colors visually
Major cognitive slowing — trouble thinking, forming thoughts, speaking clearly
A strange internal emotional numbness
Like my brain stopped producing certain feelings I had known my whole life
I can’t even fully remember what it used to feel like before this. It’s like some emotional or neurological “channel” shut off, and I’ve been disconnected ever since.

Sold to me as MDMA
No test kit used (I know — major regret)
Taken in Eastern Europe
Pressed pill looked very clean and professional

I’ve looked into possible research chemicals, but none fit perfectly. I’ve considered and mostly ruled out:
6-APB / 5-APB
NBOMe
MDAI
PMA
Mephedrone
Methylenedioxy analogs
But none explain the delayed symptom onset, the permanent-seeming change in baseline, and the very specific loss of inner sensation and emotional resonance.
