Apologies if this has been asked before, im pretty sure it has but i cant find it. probably just failing at searching.. i just got introduced to benzos and well, they are lovely. it normally takes me a good hour to get to sleep pretty much regardless of how tired i am because i simply cant switch off my brain. since i work shifts, some of which mean i have to get up around 4am this means im constantly pumping myself full of caffiene just to be able to function.. last night it took me about 5 seconds to fall asleep and today i feel really nice, no stress is affecting me at all. what worries me is i know they are physically addictive and lead to nasty withdrawals.

so my question is: does anyone know what sort of intake is 'safe'? since i dont want to get horribly dependant on something i may not be able to get an endless supply of (my.. contacts only allow me access to MDMA and weed on any kind of regular basis) - i know this is probably dependant on a load of factors but i dont really know what.

Frequent use of benzodiazepines leads to dependence, how quickly or severely the dependence is is hhighly variable. It depends on personal physiology, the drug's half life and strength, the dose, and frequency of use.

Using more than once a week, or continuously for more than a week, is probably walking to the dark side.

Closing this because all we can do is speculate
