Opioids to patch or not to patch? (100mcg/h Fentanyl (Actavis & Richter Gedeon brands)

i have a pretty good amount of 100mcg patches.
should i wear one just for the hell of it each day every day or should I use them strictly for smoking?
my tolerance is 1300mg oxy IM/800-1000mg methadone/1 gram of 3-MethylFentanyl (i do NOT have access to street drugs like heroin, meth, blabla. Im in Europe, therefore only pharmaceuticals (excluding 3-MF).

my benzo tolerance: ~20mg/day in xanax. but i take like 5-6 different benzos every day so its if you want it in "xanax tolerance".

daily, i take:
1) 45mg of midazolam
2) 10mg of alprazolam
3) 10mg of lorazepam
4) 0.5mg of brotizolam
5) 6-10mg of clonazepam
6) 0.5-1.0mg of nimetazepam (not daily, but at least 5x a week on that one).

So, yeah, i have MASSIVE tolerance to both substances.

You aren't even asking questions, here. Every post you make is you just listing your drug usage, and reminding us you have a "massive tolerance". Nobody cares how much drugs you do, man.

Stop making nonsense threads like these.
