Tired of these new insurance "protocols" for "utilization management"
I have been on Adderall and Dexedrine for years and I was on 120 mg of Dexedrine at age 11. (3 15 mg Spansules BID and 3 5 mg tabs 3 times a day). I have always been on higher doses. I now have to switch to Adderall XR, which is better than nothing but still and my dose is 60 mg per day because my former drug pusher is all of a sudden sick of "giving me narcolepsy doses" and now I have to settle for 2 30 mg XR per month and I am getting tired of this crap. She is letting the insurance do her dosing for her now and these conferences aren't telling her crap.
I used to get 120 mg/day of the 30 mg IR and I was getting 270 dexedrine at one point too. Alternatively, she is getting flexible with the Klonopin again. I ended up with more than 10 again. So I am almost titrated to 60 mg/day. Nevermind the fact that I took more in 6th grade.
