These legal 'hash' substitutes

Despite not trying whatever it was that I bought (forgot its silly name), what is the componant/filler/gummy binding agent thing that they use to make these legal hash things?

I'm a little bothered about the safety of smoking something which doesn't really have significant relations to real hash. I mean, it's obviously some canabanoid attached to some sort of smokable thing, but what could it be? It certainly couldn't be the whole product, as the mass and quantity is so large. It's softer than any hash that I've tried, but that bothers me even more.

I suppose not knowing this or any slight indication of what it is why I haven't smoked it yet.

Any ideas?

I think you are getting confused, I assume this isn't one of the 'spice' blends. There are actual 'legal hash' as in bars of hash that are legal and made up of some sort of cannabanoid or something that produces an effect.

I'm unsure on the binders with these, but has anyone tried these? I came across a 'legal hash' once and it was very similar in smell and appearance to real hash - it was even slightly bendy, however the high was poor and took large amounts unlike real hash.
 
Yeah, I'm talking about the binders, not the chemical/s.

It's only slightly more stiff than play-dough or something... I'd really love to know what the hell it is, because some of that will surely be going into the lungs.

Is this more of an ADD topic?
 
I don't think anyone's going to know to be honest man. Unless you actually work making the stuff, it's a shot in the dark.

Exactly. These fake hash products are becoming more prevalent though, even here in Australia. I predict a rise in their availability.
 
As I haven't tried it yet, has anyone noticed how much seems to be 'missing' after a toke? How much we end up inhaling?

I'm just wondering how much I'll regret my purchase if I do smoke it. They seem to be around all of the head shops in the EU.

Of course it's a marketing ploy, and probably more potent regarding the chemicals, but it's an awful amount of matter to smoke for what's probably something in the low-ish mg range.

I suppose at least with 'herbal' blends, you know it's probably just Damiana or something from whe way it smells and burns, which isn't too bad.

I know that lettuce opium was a popular choice of binder for "iso-hash", but I imagine it's too expensive for this pirpose. If I was making this shit, I would use the cheapest substance that was dark, malleable and smokable that I could lay my hands on.
 
Are you asking for our opinions? I guess questions about what blend of herbs to JWH up go in there, so this might. On the other hand, it doesn't directly pertain to synthetic cannnabinoids. TBH, I think the best option might be to close it- no-one knows what's in the shit, and it's pointless to speculate. Just my $0.02.
 
someone needs to dissect one of these packages, doesnt make me MUCH more interested in the whole synthetic thing, but anything is better than the "half high herbs" they mix the compound with, i'd rather smoke the molecule itself

It's probably just some cheap plant resin, that's all.

Has anyone tried any new products of non-cannabonoids in uk or ireland? Swim has been looking round for a descent 1 out there but no luck so far, some do the job a lil bit but doesn't do justice. any help will do?
 
Having smoked these a handful of times I can say that the high is noticeably different and have been told and read the binder is everything from lettuce opium and molasses to "plant resin" and even "I have no clue" tbh I have yet to find a firm answer.
