It is a Serbian movie with English subtitles that I would have never seen hadn't some friends showed me it - straight from the horses mouth, so to speak 
Its a royal gift for you bluelighters!
A lot of people may say it is about the war and while it is during wartime its really more appropriately a gangster movie, or about how life is affected during war time from the perspective of a teenager/gangster.
