I've seen a couple of thread about warehouse vs club. This lead me to think what would be the ultimate venue and what features would it have.
My ultimate venue would be a club that is build with nothing but raves in mind. It would have a main room capable of having 3000+ ppl in it comfortably (As in enough dancing room. I would also have 5 other rooms so that other electronic genre's could be played. You could even have a room that has a satelitte hook up with one of the major UK clubs so you could go nuts to someone like Fergie or coxy etc every week.
I would also have those water fountains dotted throughout the club so that cold water would be availble easily without having to go to the toilet or bar.
Kick ass laser lights. QBH has a fuckin good set up and would do the job nicely (The lasers not the club).
Three air-conditioning units so that if one or two broke down there would still be at least one operating.
Roof top area access for a chill out room with bean bag seats and giant bed like seats etc.
Strict dress policy. No normal clothing allowed. And you could even give patrons an entry discout for extra weirdness.
First aid room with on site doctor and nurse as well as roming ravesafe types.
Pill testing desk.
Nice bouncers trained in first aid.
Special BL entry door for us dedicated lot.
Play room with lots of toys and stuff to occupy the most off guts of us.
Anyway should go do some work now.
