I was using the Swiss Target Prediction device and I was wondering how do you get it to hit all 100% receptor sites ? Is that even possible ?

Does anyone know where I can find an online Chemical drawing tool that's better than the Swiss Target Prediction ? I can't use it to draw all the chemicals I want to with it.

ACD/Labs Chemsketch works fine, costs nothing and provides most of the basic tools.

are you sure that the molecules you want to draw are actually possible according to the current scientific understanding? usually these programs check your structure for obvious mistakes (eg texas carbons or whatever).

I think a MUCH more real problem is that it's often possible to draw compounds that contain adjacent moieties that mean no synthesis is known and researchers have suggested may not be possible to produce.

That's why you can't patent a chemical you cannot make.
