Typically we don't notice our gains because they come slowly over a period of time. We look at ourselves in the mirror every day so growth isn't noticed.

I like to take pics at varying points in time in order to see not only my progress but the areas I need to work on as well.

So... lets see those results!

I'm 41 years old and have been lifting pretty much daily for a little over a year.

The first pics are from when I was a heavy, daily IV coke fiend a little over 14 months ago. (this is my motivation. I don't ever want to be that guy again)

The second set is from 03/23/11.

The third pics are from today...

Great job man, definitely a huge difference. I don't know how you kept any weight on shooting coke, when I was doing speedballs I looked like I was near death. I was pale, skinny, and had absolutely no muscle tone. Lifting and exercise has saved my life.

thanks, man! I whole heartedly agree about the benefits of lifting. It has changed many aspects of my life

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

This is what I look like 4 months after separating my shoulder and losing a great deal of weight. I've been training for the past two months and eating "big" again. I need to build my shoulders/chest back up. Pressing movements are still painful but I'm improving all the time. Had to incorporate more fly movements into my chest routine.

I'm about 186lb now.

I dig your determination. Its not easy going to the gym consistently when there are pre-existing/debilitating issues. I'm guessing you'll turn into a goon with a swiftness %)

Keep it up, man!

Thanks guys. Cycling everywhere helps. I wonder if there's been a pro bber who commuted by bicycle.

I need to get some proper progress pics up. Last year I would say I had a post heroin addiction body with bloat and some fat from getting on the Methadone. That year I started eating right. In Jaunuary I started cutting and doing keto while getting my routine straight. In May I started my foray into steroids again. By September I was running Testosterone, Ocotober I was running Tren. My physique now compared to then is fucking crazy. I myself actually have trouble noticing it, I have body image problems and shit but my friends have noticed and they say it's unreal. I hope someday I will be able to see what other see.

Still clinging to some extra body fat. I'm hoping the saggyness in my chest is just extra bf and not gyno, but im worried that it may be from when I used to be obese several years ago. i want to do a cycle of test e soon, but i'd like to lose a little more bf if possible.

If you are clinging to extra body fat odds are it "psuedo-gyno". It's basically fat deposits that look like gyno but aren't. As I lost body fat I had some on my chest that remained and I thought was gyno for sure but it was just body fat. Sure enough as time went on the fat slowly dissipated. I did have a swollen nodule under both my nipples which I had since I was 13 but i got rid of that with Letrozole.

You have the right idea bro. It is best to get down to about 10% body fat (which is easy as fuck to do without drugs) and then a cycle. The body responds best to steroids when it is lean. At 10% the Testosterone Ethanate will kick in in about 3-4 weeks and you can watch the rest of your fat melt away, your muscle mass increase, your strength go through the roof, and your vascularity increase.

This thread is what's up. It shows what can be done with time, dedication, discipline, knowledge, and the want.

I don't know much of anything about gyno but you look like you gain quickly and massively. (I wouldn't fuck with ya! 8o)

No anabolic steroids,
Height: 6'0
Weight: 162
Body fat Estimate: I don't care. Not low enough to be shredded, not high enough to be cleaning my diet.

Any areas of my form that need a little extra fine tuning?

Sorry for the lack of quads, I actually do squats, so I'm not avoiding anything, haha.
