A lot of us think we are being our true selves but the truth is that we are governed by societal influences and behaviors passed down from our parents and loved ones. In a general sense, most of us if not all of us don’t really have the opportunity to be our true selves until we grow older and wiser and realize what those societal influences and behaviors are within us and how much they affect our perception of ourselves and the world around us.
It is only by looking into ourselves and going through the process of identifying those thought patterns and reactivating the true light within you which is the embodiment of who you truly are; the part of you that is closer to nature or to god. Nature is the same thing as god but god is not always the same thing as nature. These are just words that we use to describe this fundamental energy that generates itself from the bottom of the universe. Or rather from the ground zero of reality. This energy is the reason that anything is able to come into existence in the first place; our physical universe, the expansion and the acceleration of that universe, and human life as we know it. It can pretty much be seen as one single energy but has a lot of fluctuations and variations within it that gives rise to different activities and different creations that give off the illusion of being separate or distinct from eachother.
This energy is also what makes it possible for us to have any kind of valuable qualitative experiences such as love, empathy, intelligence, awareness and connection with fellow humans. It’s what makes it possible for us to be alive in the first place and to sustain that life with our heartbeat and brain activity. The less energy that flows through us, the more we suffer mental illness and physical illness and all kinds of turmoil and distress and suffering.
All that being said, the only way to make sure this natural energy is flowing through us in an optimal way, we must be honest with ourselves and honest with our actions and our movements and the decisions we make in life. There can be things that we are denying or have cognitive dissonance to or certain things we may be avoiding because it causes us stress. But we have no choice but to face these things head on and figure out what are avoiding or what we are ignoring within ourselves. A lot of these things we may not even be conscious of at all. Yet they control our lives significantly. It is only until we embark on the journey of self that we figure out that our minds go deeper than we could have thought possible and it’s only then that we figure out that we are not acting within our own free will. Instead we are being controlled by deterministic artificial behaviors and thoughts that we adopt from the people around us and the experiences we have. We convince ourselves that those behaviors and thoughts are our true selves but they are not.
This energy is always geared towards forward movement, progression, connection, awareness and better understanding of reality. It’s always geared towards the best possible reality which is ideal for everyone and leaves no one behind and sees no one as superior or inferior. There is no objective right or wrong that is prescribed by a personified god, but rather its a formless natural god energy that seeks to connect all different perspectives of right and wrong together so that we can reach a feeling of unity and fairness and equality for all humans. As unrealistic or impossible or fantastical it might seem.
