The nods

I've been using dilaudid regularly for pain. Everyone once in a while I "overdo" it and get pretty high, including the nods. Is there something about 'nods' that I'm missing? I basically felt super tired and wanted to sleep. Some people write about them as though they're a wonderful thing. What am I missing?

Nods are basically when you feel like sleeping, so you do, but the drugs keep you awake.... half sleep. That's a nod.

They aren't anything amazing man, there's no magic to it. Maybe some pleasant "dreams".
