That was extremely well written. Thanks for writing and sharing that. Often times people have so many negative "loops" going on through their heads and more often than not, one becomes a prisoner to those loops. I hope you are able to someday, break through some of the emotions that you'd rather be released from...
But then again aren't we perpetually on such a voyage?
