I think because of the way pay is set up for psychiatrists and therapists, they may be more inclined to act unethically. Or at least, not in the best interest of their patient. They hone in on red flags, which could be herrings, and take their money and leave you just where you are.
The more open minded and empathetic doctors are those who probably can apply this article to their practice.
