the demo is available on Xbox Live. im pretty psyched for this game. it also includes an updated version of the original xbox's Escape from Buthcer
Bay for free. thats pretty damn sweet if you ask me.

I played escape from butcher bay. One of the most under rated games I've played.

I'm definitely gonna give this a shot and I hope it goes over better than its predecessor.

I believe the new butcher bay comes first as the new game picks up where it left off. You can skip to the new content if you wish but, I recommend giving it a shot.

I almost bought this for PS3 the other day.
Don't ask why but i purchased ghostbusters instead, disappointed now. feel like i made the wrong choice.

beat butcher bay, tons of fun. started dark athena and its ten times better. ive never seen mouths look like they are supposed to look when speaking in a game before. its great, graphics, control, everything about dark athena is spot on. im a big fan of the riddick universe anyways but i think it carries over well into a video game. cant wait to get through it, might even re-up my xbox gold membership for the online play.
if you feel robbed, buy it used from gamespot, i picked up my copy for 35 bucks.

Game Informer gave it a really good review. My local blockbuster doesn't have it though and I'm not going to just go out and buy it. Butcher bay was a blast though, I love running prison politics %)

started dark athena, graphics are amazing, the blend of combat and stealth are pulled off great. they improved the hand to hand combat a bunch too, makes you feel like youre actually a badass. theres even some incorporation of platforming/puzzle elements, really neat stuff. visible damage on enemies and multiple stealth kill animations, doesnt get stale sneaking up on people and offing them.
i could understand renting it first, but i dont think youll be dissapointed with it if you buy it.
