This is certainly good news since Thailand had an unbelievably strict policy since 1943. But it's not legalization. It's not even decriminalization, but more along the lines of California's corporate cannabis industry in which small and medium dispensaries have been squeezed out by large operators, and commercial hemp production is bogged down in bureaucracy.
