Please don't take this as harsh, but you seem to be pretty confused with the mechanics of AAS and the difference between what really makes a steroid a real anabolic/androgenic hormone and just some herbs labeled as testosterone booster. Real testosterone is found in some type of injectable liquid solution with an ester or in a suspension (keepin it simple no need for oddball gels, patches etc). Test boosters are usually legal herbs and concentrates claiming to increase endogenous testosterone production.
Testosterone is best when used via injection either intramuscular or subcutaneous. There is oral steroids that are derived from testosterone, but from my own memory I've never heard of someone having oral testosterone. Testosterone boosters are usually just gimmicks sold to those with little understanding, but willing to ingest anything because the outside of the box said what you wanted to hear. Technically if your total testosterone serum increased by 1 point on your blood test then it would be considered a testosterone booster. Mind you is that a good one? No. You said you took a whole box? That is not safe with anything regardless of what you may or may not know. Just completely forget about ever taking testosterone boosters especially when your picking it up from a local chain pharmacy like Walgreens. You're wasting your money.
I was doing dianabol cycles and coming off of it I would take testosterone of course
Considering what you thought testosterone boosters could actually do, do you even 100% know what you are taking in regards to obtaining Dianabol? Buying a legal testosterone booster in Walgreens is very different than obtaining legitimate compounds that are illegal in just about every part of the world. Just don't even think about taking anything even closely related to steroids. This is for your own personal safety and to save you money. Steroids are not the easy way out. The easy way out is forgetting about exercising and doing nothing. The hardest way would be trying to somehow use AAS without having any knowledge whatsoever or even possessing the drive to just type half of these questions into a search engine. I'm not trying to be mean at all, but just stick to working out and trying to eat. Steroids are not for you at this moment in time.
Can someone compile a neat list for me?
Lol, you could of at least said please? In reality everything you wanted to know is at your fingertips. This forum is for exchange of harm reduction methods, theories or varying ideologies on how others practice safe AAS usage and we also talk about just working out and eating right. We all try to learn from each other all the time, but this forum isn't really for someone to be spoon fed all of this information especially if someone didn't take the time to seek out the knowledge on their own first. No one has any qualms or quarrals about asking questions to help clear any confusion or validate interpretations. However, we do wish that you at least make the effort to take some time to study and research all of these subjects and specific topics on your own first. How else do you think we got what we know?
Benzos got the best of me, I'm coming down off of a long day of concerta
Please, just ignore this thought about you ever using steroids and restart from the ground up. There is no one size shoe fits all in regards to how people use steroids, but there is substantially a lot of definitive wrong ways to use them and from what you have provided, you are in the latter category. Read up. Stop doing drugs if you want to have satisfying results with training and are planning on eventually complicating the process with steroids. Learn to eat and try different training theories until you find one that really works for you physically and mentally. It is a long road and you have started on the wrong pathway so just take a breather and rethink what you are about to do to your body. You only got one.
I'm sorry if you felt I was being rude. I'm not at all and I know I keep repeating myself, but in all honesty I'm saving you from yourself. Sadly, you have already visualized and attempted to obtain steroids so I'm sure my word of caution isn't what you want to hear. You didn't even mention one thing in the post about a diet, on cycle aromatase control, blood work or PCT.
Keep it simple for a year or two. Spend that time doing some effective research and eventually you will be able to answer every single question you just asked with detail. I was in your position at one time when I was in my teens and looking back I completely regret trying to use steroids at that age regardless of my training and supposed knowledge on nutrition. So please don't do the same thing I did. Your body will thank you.
