just a quick question about dosing. a friend got me a bottle and recommended 5ml injections 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks. then i can up the dose to 10ml. inject monday, wednesday, friday. those are the weight training days. tuesdays and thursdays i plan on doing cardio. generally i eat really healthy, though i will eat more food rich in protein. also, i'm thinking of doing light weight training, heavier than i normally would, and increase the weight as i go along. 16 reps, 3 sets per exerccise. my goal is not to not to gain too much mass. i got a shoulder injury, i've been doing cuff rotator exercises prior, the injury is not too bad, got it checked out, it does not require surgery. Doc said i’m good to go. my friend had the same problem, he said this should help me aid in recovery as it restores fluid in the joints...

i'm really fit, been working out on and off for quiet some time now. my muscle tone is ripped, though not as much now cause i had a few months off. Been working out for a month now.

i've done a little research but am planning on finding out more before i go through this. starting next week. please let me know if i need to improve anything in my plan!
 
You're way off mate. You need more research. Test prop should be taken 100mg/eod assuming its dosed at 100mg/ml. Do not take 5ml in one shot. Trust me on this, you will be in severe pain. Some people prefer 50mg/ed or 150mg/eod but for your first time id stick to 100mg/eod. Im nearly at the end of my first ever cycle and I can tell you its rough going with prop. =D Also, you wont gain much mass if you dont eat enough. Look at you're workout plan as well. It dosent look good either imo.

this is insane.

first of all prop is like an every day shot... and it hurts.

you're better off doing test-c or test-e at around 250mg a week (this is a FIRST cycle) with maybe a similar dose of deca (you can mix them and do 2 shots a week 1/2 each)...

if you want a jump start add 15-30 mg (3 tabs) of dianabol (morning, mid-afternoon, night) the first month (lots of folks like the russian dbols which are supposedly 5mg but kick butt compared to lots of others... like the thai pinks)

do 1/2-1mg of arimidex every day to combat aromitaze/bitch-tits

after these 14weeks you should (if you've been eating a LOT of protein and working out like a merf) be a good bit bigger and stronger

do the test/dea for 8-12 weeks... a week after your last shot start hcg at 250iu eod for 2 weeks... stay on the arimidex....

test and deca are both easy on the body... and the low dose of dbol, despite it being a17 alkylated, should be well tolerated.

do NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.8o
