Testing for methylone using marquis

Hello,

Just wanted to ask anyone who's in the know if the following pic looks like a marquis methylone reaction.

That does look like Methylone, but it also looks like a few other things. Do you just have the Marquis?

I have Mecke, Simon's A + B and Marquis.

I guess I should have said this earlier, but for the record, I did not follow the instructions to a t. It was actually my very first time using an ecstasy testing kit, even though I've been using since 2001 (and I'm going off topic for a moment here, but I seriously regret waiting 10 years to buy my first kit as I could have spared myself a lot of very bad trips due to dirty pills). The kit instructions say that an amount (of the pill or powder being tested) about the size of a head of a pin is fine when testing. I used WAY more than that, which makes me think that, as a result, the reagent turned a darker yellow as you can see in the picture I took.

^^^ Yup. The reason I asked if you have more reagents was to suggest you test it with the Mecke too.

Hey guys,

I did 2 other tests (with Simon's and Mecke reagents) and here's a picture of the reaction. I wanna note that the Simon's reaction was initially bluer but faded by the time I got around to taking said picture.
