Just read this on GH-15, its something I've had reason to ponder over recently..!!

So for example, when your testosterone levels are physiologically enhanced more than the normal reference range, shouldn't it be ok if the estradiol levels are more than the reference range?
Estradiol measurements should not be compared to the default reference range, as these default reference ranges are, as you know, based on normal physiological conditions. When you apply testosterone you will have a lot more substrate for aromatase to catalyze and hence a lot more product.
I don't know the numbers of people running 1,5 gr of test having their blood done, but I have quite a few on 500 mg a week. They're usually roughly around the 3000 pmol/l free testosterone (about 5x max. ref value) and roughly 500 pmol/l estradiol (about 4x max. ref value). These guys usually do not experience estrogenic side effects such as gyno and such simply because their A:E ratio is balanced.
My recent bloods showed elevated plasma E2 twice normal range, strength and size were optimal, with no signs of E2 side effects..
Having taken estrogen management for the last 2 months of Adex 0.5 EOD, size and strength are down on previous levels... I'm intrigued.. ??
I recently posted studys showing strength/weight gain comparisons between AAS + reduced E2 versus AAS + normal E2...
Whacking out E2 even on high dose AAS produced limited to no gains...
For optimal strength and weight gains E2 must be inclusive to AAS..... interesting..!!
In summation: Knocking out E2 can effect or totally inhibit gains.. E2 is necessary for synergy with ASS for size and strength.. Unfortunately its difficult to ascertain at what Test/E2 ratio can raised plasma E2 cease to become a benefit, and subsequently then become detrimental..?
