Hi,
I just went on a 6 day stint of GBL use, mostly 3 doses spread over the day, though I was not dosing to sleep. Tolerance escalated from 2.0ml to 3.5ml, in order to achieve a nice buzz. Today, I woke up feeling seriously stupid (already had a slightly funny feeling yesterday, but didn't really pay attention to that). Now this was my first time with GBL, since I normally do the conversion. Admittedly, my dosage pattern with the GHB has never been quite that aggressive, yet I am positive that tolerance/GABA-downregulation would never occur that rapidly with GHB. Anyone had a similar experience, and what about GHB? How long till this shitty brain fog disappears? Just having a simple conversation makes me feel like a moron...

GHB was my drug of choice back in college. It was still gray market back then and you could order it from some online lab supply sites. I don't think GHB is a drug that you build up a tolerance to. Maybe on a bender you start depleting certain chemicals in your brain and are upping the dose to try and chase the euphoria?

I realllllllly liked high grade GHB but after a while all I could get was the really sketchy bathtub variety so I reluctantly quit.

I hope your brain fog dissipates rapidly.

I just wanted to say good for you,
You wanted to be messed up & you are Yay!
I have a lil' red wagon I really like,
her name is nitrous oxide
I been real busy over many many years with my lil' friend and she
never did me no wrong--guess nitrous wouldna be strong enough for you tho...
Why not give RC's a try & leave that stuff?
& quit trying the shit for a week at a time bud.

GABA downregulation and excitoxicity occur everytime you take a dose of GBL/GHB although much more so with continuous than intermittent use.

Decreased mental acuity is a common symptom of GHB neurotoxicity and reverses shorly.
