Opioids taper morphine

how can i taper morphine
when i need sixty mg to feel ok but there er beads crushedd
I did feel not shit taking it whole but uncomfrtable
as I could swallow 120mg and be ok.
dosing 40mg oxy hass messed with tolerance next day
was a good high but have been wasting alot of moneyjust to raise my tolerance
i dont buy methadone anymore
im scared i never be able to cut down if i cant stick to doctors orders
