Tapentadol on Drug Screen?

I am prescribed Tapentadol (Nucynta) for back pain because of disc degeneration. I have to give a urine sample tomorrow in a cup that has like a built in drug test. It is looking for illegal drug use as well as prescriptions I am not prescribed. Does anyone know what Tapentadol will show up as on a drug screen? And does Tramadol show up as anything on a drug screen? Thanks in advance for the help. I looked all over the net and could NOT find anything about them..
