Opioids tapentadol Hallucinations

Honest to god, Stay away from this sh*t. I started taking 200mg doses and rapidly grew a tolerance of 500mg in a matter of less than a week! Even at that high dose, I had slight Opiate Euphoria. but soon I needed more and I was having open eyed Hallucinations!

(Not Psychedelic) Blue Spiders were crawling down from my curtains, and there was a large wood lice/Slater hiding behind the curtains. With it's arms poking out and squirming. I was genuinely terrified, and thought they were real!

Some of this stuff shipped from India is nuts. I'll stick too my pregabs, benzos, charlie and booze from now on lol.
 
I took 500mg few days ago And it was like taking deliriant hallucinogenic dose of diohenhydramine with additional opioid effects.
 
Yeah, fuck that shit. I used to take it but haven't for a long time. Can be kinda stimulating and anxiogenic in high doses. Fucks your tolerance in general.

Yes. My tolerance Is actually super fucked from tramadol ( need to take anticonvulsant and benzos in addition to my crazy doses) but it makes me calm and energetic without anxiety at the same time. Without hallucinations and superior analgesia ( i ques monoaminergic and other things contribute to it because simple pure mor agonist doesnt work for me )
 
Yeah, tramadol is good. It's dirty though. Once you get beyond the odd 50-100mg to feel good I find it's diminishing returns. Do you not find it makes you more anxious when it wears off compared with other opiates?

No, i am taking tramadol for 12 years. Daily dose 1500mg +-. I use meds against seizures and SS. No other opioid worked for my pain so good And it also gives me huge energy, serotonine-like happy smile. I like to combined IT with modafinil but that Is too much monoaminergic activity for 99% people.
 
That's cool. I'm glad you found something that works for you.

That's quite a dose and a combo.

I used to like tramadol but gradually gone off it. It's way better than tapentadol for sure.
