Jeb Bush's daughter had a friend, disguised as a doctor, call in a prescrpition for Xanax. Noelle, the daughter, went to the pharmacy pick-up window to get her prescription. The police nabbed her.
Why?
The "doctor" that called the order in was in reality dead, thereby making it very difficult for him to prescribe drugs.

TALLAHASSEE, Florida (CNN) -- The daughter of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested early Tuesday after she allegedly tried to fill a false prescription at a pharmacy, Tallahassee, Florida, police said.
Noelle Bush was picked up by police at a Walgreens store and charged with fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance, a jail spokesman said. Police said she was attempting to obtain Xanax, which is used to treat anxiety disorder. The drug can make users feel drowsy and dizzy as it reduces nervousness and tension.
Bush, 24, was released pending a court appearance. It was not immediately known if she had to post bail.
Bush and his wife released a statement on the incident.
"Columba and I are deeply saddened over an incident that occurred last night involving our daughter Noelle," the statement said.
"This is a very serious problem. Unfortunately, substance abuse is an issue confronting many families across our nation. We ask the public and the media to respect our family's privacy during this difficult time so that we can help our daughter. We will have no further comment on this issue. Thank you for your understanding."
Noelle is Jeb and Columba Bush's only daughter. They have two sons, George and Jeb Jr.
 
Actually thats not what happened... when she called in she forgot to leave the amount of pills, so the pharmacist called back and got no answer/the wrong answer/etc... the whore used one of her private phone lines .. c'mon, I mean, all that needed to be said was "number sixty" (you don't say "sixty tabs" or "sixty", when calling in a script you always say "number" followed by the number of pills.. she didn't talk to the pharmcist, she instead left 2 messages
I have no idea if she would have gotten away with it - but it sounds like it .. the doctors info given was for a doctor that had simply moved his practice from the area, he was not dead as the pharmacy actually contacted him at his real number, he then told them it was most likely fraud..
She also went for 2mg Xanax - thats foolish, just fucking foolish...
 
i heard the details of the story on NPR...they were uncomfirmed and now seem to be wrong.

She was the black sheep of the family, the one that "had substance abuse problems" .. I think if anything her family name would keep doctors from giving her anything that could get them in trouble (as if you help kill or addict the presidents niece/governers daughter, you lose your licence at best) .. the funy thing in this situation is that he is a real hard ass on drugs in the public eye.. always willing to give a good word to commando attack teams or pump millions into silly anti-drug programs - you KNOW DAMN WELL that he is going to use this as a platform for his politics... they talked about this today on the Philips Phile, some really good points were brought up (though Florida talk radio listeners are not the brightest when it comes to accurate info on "Zanny bars")..
 
"the black sheep of the family"?!?! Sounds like she fits right in with the substance abusing Bush clan. Old George senior was a very big fan of Halcion (allegedly every night). Junior was such a fuck-up with booze and coke that Senior's secret service protection team used the codename "Tumbleweed" to talk about Jnr. Of course now he's president he has a cooler sounding codename (but the rest of the world still calls him dickhead).

As a resident of Tallahassee, FL -- I appologize for the stupidity of the Bush family and everything this town has caused (i.e. the presidential election).
