Taking sleeping pills after a night on mephedrone?

Swim has done mephedrone about 6 or 7 times now over the past 45 days and has only ever had 200-300mg a night.

Swim finds it incredibly difficult to sleep after using mephedrone. Even after 6 hours from his last dose. nodding off is difficult.

Swim bought some sleeping pills today. The active ingredient is Diphenydramine HCl in 50mg tablets. swim was wondering if anyone has any experience of taking such tablets after mephedrone usage?

Basically tonight will be a usual night out for swim. he will probably consume around 8 units of alcohol over the space of 5 hours and take around 250mg of mephedrone. Then swim will stay clear from booze and mephedrone for another hour or so and try get some sleep.

How safe will it be to take one of the tablets before swim goes to bed? Bearing in mind swim won't have touched alcohol for probably an hour and a half, or mephedrone around 3/4 hours? Will the tablets even help swim?

If anyone else has some tips about getting to sleep after mephedrone it would be greatly appreciated.

50 mgs is usually enough for most.
100 mgs is the most they recommend from the manufacturer, or you will have an annoying tingle in all of your limbs.

I usually only take 25mg's of diph after a meph binge. Too much diph can make you feel like a zombie when you wake up.

Yeah. I hate the feeling so much, that I try to take the least amount possible to accomplish the goals I'm trying to get with it.

^^^Exactly my thinking......most people freak out on comedowns and take too many downers and then think that the way they feel when they wake up is from the meph.

Not that. It's just the fact that It's an sedating antihistamine. It's gross to be used in this fashion.
