I have a fentanyl patch 25 mcg/h. Was wondering if my tolerance would be ok. I just recently (32hours) finished about 8 days of taking subs. bf that i was taking 4-5 10mg perks. Would it be okay to use it as instructed by taping it to the skin. and where should i tape it.

i doubt you will feel high just by taping it. when my tolerance was similar to yours, actually lower i was taking 120mg of morphine the patch even when heated 25mcg just barely was enough to keep me out of withdrawals. do you have any intention of chewing or "cheeking" as i call it? if you are dead set on wearing it wait until your tolerance is a little lower maybe another 7 days then apply.
