Stimulants Taking DXM Two-Three Hours Before Adderall

Suppose that in order to reverse my tolerance, I were to take 60 milligrams of DXM a few hours before I take 20 to 30 mg. before work, would it be long enough for the dopamine upregulation to occur or would I be over-sensitized and possibly taking some serious physical risks?

I also took 108 mg. of Concerta for an all-nighter on Thursday to cram for a Biology exam (not all at once!), but I got 14 or 15 hours of sleep, so my tolerance must've skyrocketed between then.

I doubt there would be any physical risks as I've taken 30mgs of Adderall while on 300mgs of dxm but everyone reacts differently. As for reversing tolerance, I was under the impression that you have to take small doses of dxm daily for at least a couple weeks or possibly large doses a couple times a month before your tolerance will be affected. Though I may be totally wrong

I noticed teeth chattering from 150mg dxm and some strong coffees, despite it not being cold, having a reasonable caffeine tolerance and never noticing that effect at all from just caffeine. I've also heard mixing dxm with stimulants can be dangerous as it forms a very stimulant combination. Probably a good idea to take a small dose first and see how you react if you want to mix them.
