Hello,

i got a question. I took Phenibut and Phenazepam for 4-5 weeks. not daily because of the long half life. i tried cold turkey and i didnt take anything and got withdrawal symptoms like shaking, feeling uncomfortable, and was afraid of seizures etc. then i tapered down within one week without any serious withdrawal symptoms.

the last time i took phenazepam was 5-6 days ago. i took 1/8 of a 1mg pill.

would it be a problem if i would take now 0.5-1mg etiozolam? would i get physically addicted again?

thanks for your answer. no, i swear these aren't mental withdrawal symptoms, i'm not craving. i'm feeling pretty good, the reason that i want to take etizolam is, that i want to try them out. they arrived when i started to taper down and i decided to not take them and tapering down with phenazepam because of the longer half life.

i'm just not sure if it would lead to a physical addiction again (and i'm pretty sure, that i had physical withdrawal symptoms) if i take it just 5-6 days after i took the last phenazepam.

do you mean with "yes,it will" that i would get physical addicted again?

There's quite a number of factors involved, but if you're still feeling any withdrawal symptoms, yes it will.

Once you develop a long-term benzo tolerance, taking benzos even just once after a prolonged break, can bring the WDs back, after the dose wears off.
