Opioids Taking 110mg of codeine after taking 90mg earlier on...ok???

I am new to this whole opiate thing so I am not sure the mg dosage, and the amount of time it takes for codeine to get out of your system. I heard it was around 400mg is starting to push for an overdose for codeine is this real? But my other question is it ok to take 110mg of codeine (4 Tylenol 3's with cold water tek) after taking 3 Tylenol 3s earlier on (without cold water tek)??

90-120mg of C isn't all that much to take every couple hours or so, but you won't want to do that all day. So unless you are allergic, which you would probably have figured out by now, I'd imagine you'd be fine. The actual tylenol is what's most dangerous, which you seem to know about already (tek). If you are "new to this whole opiate thing" 90mg at a time should be plenty. Don't be in a hurry to up doses. It probably won't feel all that great to you anyway.

How will I not feel great? Lol, just wondering? I take 90 most of the time and I feel pretty great on that (without tek). so I was wondering what 120 would make me feel. Allergic? Well I have been taking tylonel 3s for a few weeks. So I should know by now, I guess???
