Misc Syrian Rue - Do I need to watch what I eat?

If someone want to eat some Syrian Rue seeds just for their MAOI-effects, do he need to watch his intake of food? Since some foods are dangerous if you eat certain types of MAOIs.
 
Ok, but what food can he eat? There's so many lsits of what not too eat but I have no idea what he could eat!
 
Will Chicken and a sallad be fine with MAOI? (I will not east chicken liver)
