So, Oxycodone got to be way to expensive and I just found a hook up for 8mg hydromorphine pills for an affordable rate that I can use it year round. Now what should my doses be if I am use to taking 160mg oxy in the am and 160mg for lunch and 160 for dinner LOL 480mg total daily. Now I got it down to 240 by just doing 80mg every 8 hours. so im assuming I take 2 8mg pills and that should equal my 80mg? or do I need 3-4? I eat 2 and snort 2? so 12 a day? or 6 a day?
