Heroin Switching from Dilaudid to heroin

Hello everyone ,
I snort around 8 Dillys daily 8 mg each , I wanna switch to pure afghan heroin #4
What dosage i should snort from heroin to Nod ?

And before you advice me about fent and other stuff .
Don’t worry i bought from a trusted vendor and sent a sample to a lab and its 100% heroin

I'm uncertain on that so I would hesitate advise you. If you were opiate-naive I'd have said don't exceed 15 mg for a first dose. Then again you're not a novice and hydromorphone is 5x more potent than heroin milligram for milligram, so you can get away with more; but THEN again you were snorting and not injecting that.

Hopefully somebody with more experience with dilaudid (I only ever had it twice and don't recall the dose I took) will come along soon to answer you with some accuracy.
Also I would maybe stick to snorting. There's a lot more risk involved with a needle habit.

I’ve never used opiates to nod and I in fact hate that effect so I tried to avoid it as much as possible, but I’ve switched from hydromorphone to very high purity #4.

1mg hydromorphone = 4.5mg heroin according to conversion tables. But, ime, heroin is substantially stronger especially because it lasts so much longer. So I’d start with 5mg, wait 15min, increase by another 5mg if you’re not feeling where you want to be. You can always take more but you don’t wanna waste what you have by overdoing it.

When I was first using pure lab grade heroin for pain, I found 1mg adequate, superior to even 20mg hydrocodone (= 1mg hydromorphone according to conversion tables). You can react differently to different opiates. For example, I find that oxycodone is less effective for pain than hydrocodone although it’s supposed to be at least as effective, and heroin is even more effective than it should be.

So you feel 1mg of dilaudid equal to 1 mg heroin?

If you were snorting Dilaudid do not start injecting heroin. There's no need and you'll take too much. Start with snorting heroin. Start with a similar mg-to-mg dose as your Dilaudid dosing. Heroin has a much longer half-life though so you should be able to get through the day with less doses. I'd say start with an 8-10mg line and see how you feel. If it's not enough snort half as much again. If you take a full "dose" of heroin you should be good for 4-6 hours at least before your next dose. Overnight I can go 12-14 hours between doses sometimes.

I am an iv user. 8 dillys daily is kind of insane man. To be fair I use to shoot two to three dillys at once if I was going ham. I could consistently do two at a time sometimes.

Heroin is alot more potent and has longer legs. It's hard to control though. If your snorting do a test snort(very small) then move up to points. I like to do a shot of h in the morning then a shot of h in the afternoon and then maybe one for bed too. I would say go slow you can get real sick from heroin (beyond overdosing). If i did 4 to 5 shots of heroin in a day I'd probably be throwing up everywhere like feeling deathly. I also had ego death recently from h it fucks you up beyond what usual people see. So I'm saying go slow if you can and don't get lost in the sauce cus you'll lose it all.

I would test everything with xylazine and fent test strips. I don't where you live but if your in the the USA I would imagine it isn't #4 pure in the slightest unless your getting it shipped from South east Asia. There is alot of brown powder h with tar like tar and other crap going around. I haven't seen anything resembling #4 sense like 2014.

How to prepare 4mg Dilaudid for injection if binders won't melt?
