Hey guys,
I recently switched adhd medication. I had a lot of terrible side-effects(no appetite, weight loss, stomache aches, horrible rebound: anxiety, rapid beating heart). So the doctor put me off ritalin 50 mg and put me on dextroamphetamine 30 mg.
It has only been a few days but this substance makes me feel very relaxed in mind and body. Good motivation to get things done(especially the ones that require concentration) no appetite surpression. The rebound is so easy that I'm not even feeling coming down at all. Maybe because late night I am not working or studying. I do feel washed out a little. But it is so much better than with ritalin. So I am glad I found something that works for me.
Are there any ways to minimize brain damage and tolerance? Would it be okay to take the weekend off and let the brain replenish? I have a healthy diet with lots of vitamins. I exercise regularly. Any tips that helped you or things I should stay away from?
Thank you all!
