RCs swim shot some 4-mec and got this bump

swim shot up about 13 times and consumed about 1g of +99% pure 4-mec throughout the night.
swims last shot was 130mg, swim hit his shot perfectly fine, but the injection site started to swell up and swims skin around it turned a blackish color. it was shot in the vein people call "old faithfull" on the opposite side of your elbow. swim said the shot didnt hurt or sting the least bit, but it did bruise up and took 3 hours to look sumwhat normal.
2 days later swim was observing both arms and noticed that he can still feel the lump that got bruised up, although it looks normal.

is this lump permanant?

13 shots in a night... just for 4-mec? damn.

I have never tried injecting 4-mec, but most stimulant type drugs can have injection site complications like swelling, bumps, etc. due to the nature of the drug.

The lump should go away, and if it doesn't, go get help. Especially if it becomes painful/inflamed/bigger over time.

Also, were you rotating veins, or did you do 13 shots into one spot on one vein in a single night? If so, yikes.

swim snorted it once and then decided this was going to be the first drug he was to shoot.
looking online, it looked easy enough, so swim got a pack of needles and got started.
all 13 shots hit fine, and never hurt or stinged the slightest bit

swim sumwhat wishes he never shot up, he never wants to pop or snort anything again because how how good it feels, but this bump was a huge buzzkill for swim

In my opinion, there's only a select handful of substances honestly worth IVing. Then again I haven't tried all drugs... so yeah.
