<I> ingested meth today last dose about 5 hrs ago and they are not feeling wellt, they are experiencing a bothersome "tingling" sensation in their fingers and are a bit hyperactive.. I am keeping this person calm and collected however it would make them a lot more happier to see other peoples input and support.

You should be fine, "swim"isn't allowed here, take a benzo and try to sleep, if you actually think it's serious go to the hospital. tingling is most likely form vasoconstriction.

Yes - that feeling should wear off. Drink a lot of water and try to get some rest.
