🍳 Cooking 🍳 Sushi

What type of fish do i use to make sushi do you use farmed or caught salmon? I prefer the salmon over tuna and i dont really know where id get tuna now.

Wild is usually better, farmed fish even organic tends be reared on garbage bottom feeder diets. Freezing the fish for a couple of hours (edit: should probably make that 12 hours to be safe) and thawing it before use will kill any parasites.
