The story of SWIM.

An abuser of: stimulants (MDMA, caffeine and coccaine mostly); Alcohol and Cannabis.
The cannabis and MDMA would produce euphoria, heightened mental faculties; lowered inhibitions and a reduced stress rate.
Too often this would slip in to severe anxiety and at worst crippeling depression. In turn, treated by drinking.

Epiphanic moment: Life is going nowhere fast. Can't live like this. Don't want to be sober just not unhappy.

Tried cold turkey: awful withdrawal symptoms: tremors; sweats; memory loss; confusion; potential SS; depression and more anxiety.
Taking one day at a time now. Still hard when the phone rings and there is that text or missed call.
Got really low, considered cat-o-cide.

Make a change, new regime.
Morning:
SJW = 1250mg
Gingko = 400mg (Good for ED)
Cetirizine Hydrochloride = 5mg
Vitamin B complex
50gram of Dark chocolate
1 cup of coffee - only
1 hour of excercise

Starting to feel a bit better: less depressed; anxiety and OCD are under control.
Still strong depresonalisation, dysphoria, emotional numbness and generalised apathy, stemming from sleep problems.

Considering new regime:
Morning
SJW = 1250mg
RR = 500mg*
Gingko = 400mg
Cetirizine Hydrochloride = 5mg
Vitamins B complex
50gram of Dark chocolate
1 cup of coffee - only
1 hour of excercise

Evening (before bed)
L-Theanine = 400mg*
5-HTP = 400mg*

SWIM wanted to know what Bluelight thought about adding these to his regime? Interactions trouble him. Plus, he isn't sure he could stand another set back...
