Ok, I weigh 197 and im twenty six right under six foot, never used hormone or roids yet and I dont plan on it for awhile. I have been working out on and off for a few years but got serious three months ago, I work out six-seven days a week, alternating my upper body and stomache one day then my lower body and stomache the next. I have around a 3500 a day calorie intake, mostly dairy and meats, and at the moment I dont take any supplements.

I am curious as to what I should be taking for OTC testosterone products, and what kind of protein mix works best. I hear muscle milk is good for the protein but then I also hear whey protein is better, and I want an OTC product to up my natural test levels.

Also, when I do my lower body I spend around fourty five minutes to an hour working, my upper body is sometimes as long as an hour and a half, ive heard its counter productive to over work yourself but I hit my weights so hard I almost puke at times and im getting amazing results. Right now I curl at 100lbs with about four reps, three sets, and I bench 140lbs five reps with three sets, usally only doing two or three reps the last time.

Any advice would be golden, need some bro science here.

OTC Test boosters don't work. Muscle Milk is dog shit.

Get yourself some egg whites. Drink them or cook them. Best protien you can get.

Additionally bro science is heresy.

As far as other supplements all you need is Fish Oil, B12, L-Arginine, CLA, and a multi-vitamin.

Thanks Guido, you just saved me some cash.

What about the routine? Am I overworking? My results in the past three months alone have been crazy, I work till failure most always but I hear such mixed results, some say work everyday till failure, others say alternate upper and lower with a set amount of reps, others say alternate till failure... its working for me but if there is a chance I can get better results by taking it a little easier im all down.

Everyone is different and reacts differently to certain routines and diets and sometimes it takes years for people to find a particular routine and diet that works. If you are getting amazing results then stick to what works, that is one the most important things.

You may reach a plateau in the coming months. When that happens it's time to switch up your routine and tweek your diet.

maybe drop the weight a little and go for 8-10 reps? I always felt like I got more out of doing more reps with less weight than the opposite. I also was more on a cutting workout than bulking so it depends on what you are trying to achieve. Only guaranteed advice I can give you is use freeweights as much as possible. They work more of your muscles than a bar or a machine will

i think your overworking,5 days is plenty
you need to give your muscles some rest
supplements are a waste of money
just find a good whey protein
and 1 hour is enough time in the gym,if your hitting it like you say
abs is all diet, and hitting it everyday is no good either....
