OK – I’ve got a bit of a strange question, Has anybody noticed the new “Clear Protect” range from Ambre Solaire?

Front of the bottle boasts
It’s a clear spray – advanced protection against UVA/B – Ultra fresh feel and a host of other key words

BUT

On the back of the bottle
It carries a warning saying flammable – Main ingredient Alcohol – do not apply on the face.

Surely alcohol would only dry the skin out further?
Does the do not apply on the face mean – don’t spray directly onto the face or just don’t put it on the face all together?

Most of your skin wouldn't be succeptible to being dried out by the alcohol in that sunscreen, especially with all of the moisturizing agents that are in there. The skin on the face is more sensitive and succeptible to alcohol so I wouldn't use it there at all.

^thanks for that - I checked online and its ranked as a great product, not that great if you have to carry two bottles around with you and have to make sure your not smoking whilst spraying :0.
