i snort my subutex and i take around .3mg twice a day. Ive been on subutex for like 10 years Little is more with this weird drug but anyways am i causing damage to my nose snorting such a small amount? I dont want to continue snorting sub for a better ba if its damaging my nose. What kind of damage is subutex causing if it is damaging my nose?

Snorting any amount of dry material regularly can and will damage your nose. The severity of this will depend on how often you do it and the volume of material you're taking.

Snorting drugs does have the capacity to cause serious health problems but is more often seen in people who are using grams of material everyday for years.

I wouldn't be concerned about the tiny quantity you use but i'd recommend using a saline nasal spray both before and after you take your Subutex, especially if you plan to do this for the foreseeable future. This will prevent dryness and wound formation to an extent.

Getting a nasal spray bottle with some saline water and a crushed up bupre tab ( nalaxone in there) . Then just work out a comfortable spray dosage and you will save your nose some in the long run
