My question is twofold, how quickly can I taper off Suboxone with minimal side effects, and what is the best method to divide the pills evenly if I have 8 mg pills?
Captain Heroin made a taper plan for me once, and it was working well, however since I still have some residual benzo w/d, I can't handle much pain right now without it reigniting my benzo w/d. Can I drop 0.125 mg a week fairly easily? I'm on 2 mg a day, sublingual. Also, if I use a liquid taper plan, do I have to refrigerate the solution? I have people living with me who don't know I use Suboxone so I can't put it in the refrigerator.
Edit: Sorry guess I should have posted this in megathread.
Edit 2: What if I started spacing out my doses little by little, like each day take it 2 hours later? Could I eventually get off that way, just spacing it out more and more until I'm off?
