I tried to post into on of the many sub FAQ threads but could not.

Googlizing and BLin gives mixed response.

Coming froma bosybuilding background and currently in receipt of sick benefit and on subs rehab with no slip ups thus far.

However I read that endorphins are the bodies own pain killing mood allevating propergies, endorphins are usualy related to the "runners high" however although I perform cardio for fat loss most Iift weight.

So does suboxone or indeed most opiate dull the bodies own endorphine "high" as the body has been accostomed to exogenous sustance to reach the "high".

When I train,I train much longer that I used to to get going but that could be age.caution however my dedication to my Body uilding as a very serious hobby plus my job as a PT/coach my motivation is absolute pish compared to ti es gone by.

Its picking up, my lazyness with diet is now back firmly on track and when I do train I hammer it old school and I do feel as naturally high as I used from memory however my motivation to get there 6 days week volume train with plan to train twice a day to take advantage of my addiction....not wallow in pity but getting someday no ,atter what I watch as "pre-workout" I cant feel that fire in me.

I am on very low gear(roids) but I have been one to say I need so and so amounts to motivate myself but of course that a me of old before my addictions....perhaps I do need that kick.

Once I get started I am fine....should I try to lower the subs and force myself to train more.

Easier said that done as we know.
