Bupe Suboxone + loratadine (Claritin) is it safe?

The title of the thread says it all. I know antihistamines are sometimes considered depressants but I do not know if this is the case for claritin. Is claritin safe to mix with opioids? I'm having fucking awful allergies.

Chances are it won't affect you at all, but there are exceptions. I have a friend on 50mcg fent patches, said she slept for about 36 hours when she dosed claratin, so like....

Certainly not gonna kill you, but there's always the off-chance of a strange reaction. It's not a first-generation antihistamine so really the chances it'll have a heavy depressant effect on you are slim.

There aren't any direct complications from mixing those two drugs.. the real danger in mixing CNS depressants and anti-histamines comes from the increase in sedation, however loratadine is nonsedating, so chances are you wont notice any change.

I got nasty nasty nasty vertigo type feel for a solid 8-12 hours from that combo. I couldn't move or else Id feel as though I puke.
