Opioids suboxone/codeine and benzos

Hi,my cat asked me to post for her but i dont know how...my cat is on suboxone and has taken panadeine forte...wil my cat go into precipitated withdrawal...my cat needs help really bad...also my cat has had 2 mogodons and 2 rivotrils...my cat is on 28 mgs of suboxone but has only had 2mgs the past 2 days...please help my cat,im worried about her.
 
It's animal abuse to give your cat drugs..you should be turned in to the ASPCA!
(They don't use "SWIM" here)
And no...you won't go into PW...but going from 28mg of sub to 2mg will hurt. Why the steep taper?
 
im new and dont know how to use the right terminology...please help me not make fun...any help..SWIM wants to get high off the codeine...any help?
 
ok thanks...can i just be me on here? and when can i have my sub next...ive taken 6 p.forte and nothing...will taking sub now put me into precipitated withdrawal?
 
thanks heaps :-) ...i thought taking the sub after the codeine caused PW? and thankyou for your time its helping me alot...i only just joined so am entirely new to this.
 
You said you take sub routinely, and just taking another opiate while on sub won't put you in PW, but the sub will block other opiates and you won't feel it and it's kinda a waste.
You said you usually take 28mg but only 2mg the last couple days? Your gonna feel some discomfort lowering your dose that much.
Have you taken 28mg daily for a long time?
 
Ive taken sub for 12 months now...i just wanted so badly to get some sort of high with the codeine but im feeling absolutely nothing which sux...i also take mogs,clonazepam as well...i abuse them but luckily i get a weekly pack...im just searching for a high...that comfortable,safe inside ,nod off feeling..looks like it was a waste dropping my sub use to 2mgs to prepare to take the codeine.
 
Yep...28mg of sub really stacks up in the system and even when you drop your dose or stop completely it might take several days to feel another opiate.
Maybe you could slowly taper your sub...28mg is a high dose. Less is more with Sub. When you get down to low numbers you can "feel" your dose.
I know the feeling of wanting that warm comfortable feeling. Unfortunately I just can't use opiates recreationally. I was on methadone for 12 yrs and sub for two...and I got off sub almost a yr ago. I've had a couple slips but nothing major.
