I've gone through pages and pages of posts on this forum about the combo of Tramadol and Suboxone and I can not find any truly helpful information.

I'm on Suboxone (2 and half strips a day) and I just had a tooth pulled. I told my dentist I didn't want any hydro or oxy for pain so he gave me Ultram.

Is it going to send me into withdrawals by taking the Ultram? Will the Ultram actually work?

I'm not really looking for a high right now, just some pain relief.

^ There is an entire thread dedicated to this. As far as I know, bupe will(obviously) block the opioid properties of tramadol, BUT Tramadol's analgesic action isn't based solely on it's metabolite's weak agonist action. So even on bupe, the Tramadol should give SOME analgesia, but keep in mind it will have no opiod action whatsoever.

That said, I don't use the suboxone/tramadol combo, so I don't have any *firsthand* experience, and so would suggest you read through the lthread I linked.

Take the suboxone before the Ultram to avoid precipitated withdrawals. imo, they work well together, and if you are on under 2mg of suboxone a day, you will still feel significant analgesic properties from the ultram.

You can't find a clear answer because everyone's body reacts to drugs differently. Next time search, and when you do find a thread, post your question there instead of filling up the forum with threads that are only useful to yourself.
