Bupe Suboxone and O-desmethyltramadol?

Does anyone know if suboxone will make o-desmethyltramadol not work like it does with normal opiates? And if it is safe to take suboxone after taking o-desmethyltramadol? and will you still get the suboxone high (low opie tolerance) if you take it after taking o-desmethyltramadol?
