Sublocade and fentanyl

So I’m new to Bluelight, at least this iteration of it, but I have a question I’m hoping someone smarter than me can answer. I’ve been on the Sublocade shot for about a year, I started at 300mg, eventually tapering to 100mg. At first it worked BRILLIANTLY. After I tapered down I started shooting dope again, or the closest thing I found with all this new xylazine crap out there (I understand it to be a mix of fentanyl and morphine) So last month I went back up to 300mg and stupid me continued to use so now I’m due to get my next shot in about 36 hours, it’ll be roughly 48 since last use if I make it that far. So here’s my multi part question, A:is it safe? Like is 36-48 hours enough time so I’m not thrown into precipitated withdrawal? Especially since I still have bupe in me from my last shot? Also has anyone ever heard or experienced a case where someone was addicted to bupe/suboxone and opiates at the same
time? I ask because despite having the bupe in my system I experience withdrawal symptoms when I stop using (and honestly this is what has kept me using) Have I completely fried my brain chemistry? Or are the withdrawal symptoms mainly mental at this point? I know this is a rambling dump of info and questions, hopefully it makes sense to someone out there.

Also I understand that buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist and the difference and workings between full and partial agonists
