So I've recently lowered my benzo dose and I'm prescribed an opioid so considering I'm only on 5mg NItrazepam in morning and then a 0.25mg clonazepam dose at night. I want to do my best not to take more than the equivalent dose of 1mg Clonazepam in Midazolam which I plan to take Sublingually as the absorption is way higher than an oral dose... unless it tastes very bad.
I'd prefer to hear personal anecdotes of people who have taken Midazolam and how'd they compare it to Clonazepam and if they think the "Equivalent Dose Charts" is accurate or not regarding the dose recommended to replace the 2 benzos with each other?
